Ok so after I get my engine down I want to do some body work. I love the B6 look but I dont think that it looksaggressive enough. My first idea was to just color match the lowers and get some 18s(maybe black with chrome lip). Than I was thinking of painting the mirrors black for some contrast. My big thing is that should I color match and keep it stock or go with one of these bummers. I need some suggestions.

I like the last two the best but I dont want side skirt too and I dont know if it will look right with out

 

I love aftermarket front bumpers on A4s. I really like that first one actually, although if you like more aggresive looks, I can see you liking the last two better. All look good though and all will show off your FMIC better.

Stock color matched is a nice upgrade to the look. New bumper etc looks modified (and better IMO). It sounds like you will be happier with some new body parts instead of color matching stock parts.

 

The 1st one used to be my favorite but now I think that #2 is.

im in love with the first one... i was going to get a full rieger but after seeing this one i might reconsider... i like the second also but the first one has a clean look that im looking for ...by any chancewould anybody know if the mesh comes with the bumper?

 

Not sure i know that the other kits do. I would call lltek to find out. what do you guy think about painting my mirrors black

 

how much did u throwdown for all your engine work ... im about 2 days away from putting $3000 into sound ... but whenever i come to the forum and see people here with engine work makes me think

 

oh and as for painting teh mirrors i cant really picture it but i have seen it done and it looks pretty good, especially the contrast with the white car but the dude had black rims

 

I just ordered a shortblock from QED for $3500. That is with delivery. It was going to be about 1000 less but I upgraded to better rods and pistons. My next step is head work and then choosing a turbo. Check out vortex and their 1.8t forum its a whole different world over there. If sound systems is your thing man go for it. I just want to shutup the asain market and do it in style. They think thier sh@# dont stink

 

dont get it from lltek, source is somewhere else.. lltek is terrible
