I live in a rural suburb of St. Paul, Minnesota where all you need to hunt deer is a valid driver's license. My wife has 2 kills with her A6 and I have 2 also, one with a 1998 Boxster, (sigh, no longer with me). After her last kill, the bumper & grill had to be replaced. I kept the Audi emblem for a memento. A few weeks later her nephew stopped by the house and when he was in the house I wired the Audi emblem to the front of his early 90's Volvo. I saw him a few weeks later and he'd had 3 people ask him how he liked his Audi and 2 ask what year it was... He thought his new image was pretty upscale and better than being mistaken for an aging yuppie!

well if the wifes a6 is a 2.8, then it'd be a slower car, no? if its the 4.2 or the 2.7t.. obviously a diff story.

 

Wife's car is 2.8 with Auto trans, my A4 is 2.8 manual so the A4 is deinitely the faster car. Performance is also directly proportional to the weight of the foot so I win both ways....

I called the insurance company and reported the incident. The adjuster asked the location, was the car damaged, etc. She then asked me, "was she injured?". I replied, "I walked across the road to see her and she jumped up and ran out into the field." The adjuster replied, "SIR, I meant your wife!"
