hey all

hope this is in the right spot, new to the audi forum, i'm actually a jeep guy

my gf needs the thermostat replaced in her 2003 A4 1.8L

shop quoted us at $450 parts and labor

does that sounds about right? no time to do it myself, and her audi is like a freakin space ship compared to the engine in my jeep; so i'm not sure i can do it myself

any advice would be appreciated, let me know if i left any info out that would help too
