Morning guys, I am doing a presentation on the running costs/through life costs/best value for money of three cars. The cars being the new A4(2.0D SE), 3 series Saloon (318d), and C class (C200 blue eff SE). I am doing it over a 10 year/250,000 period to work out which offers the best value for money.

I need to price up brake discs, pads tyres and a few parts (clutchs etc?) which will need replacing a few times during the time period but without being able to contact the dealers for prices & it not being widely avaliable online I am fairly stuck.

As a result i turn it over to you. If any of you have had any of the above replaced on your 09/10 plate Audi A4s from a main dealer (parts & labour) I would be very very gratefull if you could let me know how much you were charged!

edit: If you could let me know how often the brake fluid, cam belt(?) etc requires doing as well it'd be great!

 

So far my progress isn't great. Lifetime(!) ban for 'spamming' on the Mercedes forum and my thread is pending on the BMW forum! I hope I havn't trodden on any toes posting asking for the above infomation, if so i am sorry in advance.

edit: I found this link which seems to be most of the infomation I need (below), it doesn't state how much a cam belt is/new tyres are through a main dealer though. If anyone has had either of them replaced I would be gratefull if you could let me know how much it was!
