so hey, what year did they start slappin the symbols in the middle of the rear panel? 2000?
And didnt they also slap in some new headlights after 99?
one thing ive always been tryna figure out. at first, i had thought only 1.8t's had the no-amber tails, but alas, ive seen plenty 2.8's runnin around with the all red and clear tails too. whats up with that? how did they distinguish which cars to put them on?

mmaannn i don't get it.
differences between 99 and below and 99.5 and above are the interior center console, fenders to convert to the rectangle side markers, 1 piece projectors, badge placement changed to the middle, grill, door handles are one pieace, and I think fogs came stock on the 99.5
