I see the Oregon plates...are you a native? I had my Crater Lake plates on until I had to update to Cali plates last year. I spent my last 1/3-century in Portland; even bought a GTI from Sunset once. Nice looking B5! Keep posting update pics for us.

IMO I think the oregon tree plates are the sexiest' of all of the states
I'm going to tint my car, even all around - 35% is legal here
But i've been thinking about 20% or even down to 5%... What looks cool and what looks rice?
