My paint is so bad. Theres like little spots on it, it feels rough. It doesn't feel like paint should be.

The little spots (if they are not chips)can be removed with a claybar. Its basically fallout, raildust, tar, pollution that has stuck to your paint.
A claybar will bring it back to smooth.

I cant see what you are talking about, but a claybar will remove those contaminents from the paint and make it feel smoother.

 

A clay bar! Where do i buy that magnificent piece of clay? Is there different kinds? If so, recommend me somethign please.

Oh and after drastically f'n up the screws... my HID's are at a little better height now, thanks ocadam!

The reason i made the picture look gay, is because someone i know looks at the audi forums. That person cannot know where i live, because i live close to that person. Lol.
