Might be water somewhere in the engine/exhaust.

Idk if it can be water in engine cuz it still is smoking. When I took off stock DV sludge pored out. And my Cuzin and I found dirty water/oil running down from the magnafold or somewheres near.

My car throws a sh*t load of smoke outta my after market exhaust. I currently have a valve cover leak where oil is coming out little by little form the top.

are you low on coolant? you may have a headgasket leaking.

As mikersnik says, check your coolant. If that does not tell you anything then get a compression test done, that will confirm it for you.

Do you have the 1.8T? I wouldnt be surprised if the turbo bearings/seals inside are leaking causing the smoke.

Yes I do have a 1.8T and it's chipped. I'm not low on coolent, but I got a dygnostics done and the upstream O2 sensor code was on so thinking its that.

Surly if it was oil getting into the exhaust then the smoke would be blue and you would be able to tell from the smell?

Yeah u would be able to smell oil if it was that but I can't so that's why I'm stumped. And starting last night my car has no power when giving gas, and slowly accelerates.
