ok, so i just did the diy independant fog mod....but, after snipping, soldering and reataching...my fogs wont turn on at all....i cut the correct pins off, 17, 15, 12, and soldered 17, 15, 14 together....though, i didnt grind the pins down flush, theyre still only about 2cm from the bottom....WTF...gah...anyone have any ideas....i used just some copper wire from the hardware store...bad choice? my solders are all good....goddamnit....all other lights are still functional...thoughts?

2cm? do you mean 2mm? Check all your fuses, and make sure it's back in securely.
