Default Please help...erratic idle 2005.5 A4 B7

I am having an idle issue with a 2005.5 A4 B7. I did some reading in the forum and decided to do the process of elimination by changing Air Filter and "cleaning" the Mass Air Flow Sensor.

The thing is what part of the sensor is needing cleaning? I took some pictures so you can see what I see, just show me where to clean.

Read to use Break Cleaner or Electric-Contact Cleaner but Avoid all electronics...

Please advise if you have any other information for the erratic idle...it only occurs when vehicle is warm and I am throwing codes....

P0507 Idle Air Control System/ Higher RPM than expected...
P0171 System Too Lean.....

Default update to erratic idle

I had a vac leak in my pcv valve, I throw the piece of junk away and did the bsh pcv fix. All gone, car idles perfect, no bounce, no hesitation. For fun i replaced the cam follower, and in the process broke my thrust sensor, which made my car not turn over, so I replaced it, cleared all codes, and have driven 1000 miles since with no codes and no issues. Love my car!

The Problem was the PCV Valve....$80.00 from Audi. The car was getting a Lean Code and if I put the car in neutral it would idle surge up and down and then it would throw a code for High Idle.
