PO102
ok looked at the MAf wires seemed ok.I have 2 ECU's my original one and the ECU that is chipped GIAC which I bought off someone. Don't know if this will help but this is what I did. I had the chipped ECU in my car and the code was PO102, so I decided to put in my original ECU that has a code of PO171( When I had the original ECU in ran like crap cleaned the MAF, now all better). So my question Is the ECU with the chip bad? IF so would I be able to unsoldier the chip from one ECU and resoldier it onto my original ECU? Or will it have the same problem?
Thanks again

Let me get this straight......
You swapped ecu's
( When I had the original ECU in ran like crap cleaned the MAF, now all better).
Then cleaned the maf? And now its better?
Problem was a dirty maf, not the ecu, put the other ecu back in and it should still be fine.
Unless I am reading htis wrong......

maybe I wrote it wrong: 1 ecu is chipped the other isn't chipped.
The one w/o the chip works fine about 10psi
the one with the chip throws the code, and sometimes boosts above 15psi.
So was wondering if the ground or something on the chip with the ECU was bad, or do I need a new MAF?
