Well, I've been in the process of getting a car. I found a '98 A4 1.8t Quattro Manual "Hibiscus Red" with 63K Miles for only 8.5K.

Mods as follows:
KO4 Upgrade has about 15-20,000 miles on it
GIAC Chip
Miltek Exhaust

Couple Other Notes:
Just had 60K mile service
The timing belt was changed. There was some play in the front control arms, so they
were replaced along with the front tie rods. Front brake pads were alsochanged.

Another Note:

The car has some minor(considerin its 7 years old) paint damage on the left front bumper.
I was wondering if anyone knows of anything to try to Patch it up or should i get it Professionally?

 

Nice, that's a rare color! If you can talk him down a grand or so it will be a good deal.

 

thats pretty good! The mileage isn't bad at all for the year. Sounds like its pretty quick to with those mods.

Talk him down a bit if you can, but i would jump on that if you could.

Well, after talkin everything over with the buyer I got the car for 8.3K. Not Too Bad.
I'm going to pick up the car on Tuesday, August 2nd.

Also, found out it has a Strat Short Shifter.
