i was thinking about the chip but look at it this way..... if i get a chip and say it gets me 20 horse power which isent bad at all.... the engin will work harder right? and with the stock intake and the stock exhaust the engin is goign to be working harder but it wont have much to breath.... wont that be bad for the car?

You don't need a new exhaust and intake, a chip isn't going to change THAT much.

If your worried about your car working to hard change the intake and exhaust. You wont be able to add enough horsepower to where itll actually hurt your car. If you dont want to chip it look into nitrous oxide. over the years its gotten really safe and realiable and its power only when you want it.

lol yes you will notice 20 hp... also dont get nitrous if you care about your warrenty (if you have one) a chip is imposible to notice at the dealer unless they drive it or open the ecu. Nitrous is pretty hard to hide

Chip should get you 35 horsepower for about 500 dollars. I have a hard time thinking of anything that would get you close to that amount of power for that price.

Check out APR or GIAC which seem to enjoy the greatest popularity.

Personally, I will go for an APR stage 1 chip.

Yeah i guess nitrous would be kinda hard to hide. But it would be hardcore. and if the dealer gave you any flack about it you could take them hostage and hold up the audi dealership. I vote for apr if you want to retain that smooth audi feel.
