Mine also turn 180 degrees and mirrors fold right in. What happened was last time when I turned the ****, it didn't bite in so the **** turned but mirrors didn't fold in. It's like you are turning the cap of a medicine bottle. You can turn the cap but it won't open unless you push it down a bit then turn.

ON mine all i do is twis tteh **** all teh qway around 180 degrees and they come right in, i dont know about the push down feature, ill try that, hve no idea how to fix it thopught this maybe a dealer issue.
