Arif, im thinking about installing it myself now. anyways in the above pic you have the little thing on the intake pipe blocked off. why is that? do we not need it to hook up to anything for our 98s?

 

Eurotuned, you should just set aside a weekend, make absolutely sure you have everything you need, (refer to this thread ) and do it.
The money you save and experience you get will totally outweigh the convienience of paying someone and having it sooner. Then if it breaks, you'll have the confidence to take **** apart and troubleshoot yourself, saving even more money.

 

i did my KO4, so i figure i could do this. im just waiting on the ECU with unitronics software before i decide. its a 3 day weekand, so this would be a good weekand do do this. if i do it myself i can order my big brakes!!!

 

He blocked it off i dont know why, probablly because he couldn't get it towork right, its for the pcv valve. IF you are using the stock airbox its hard to fit the snorkel over it. I have the evoMS intake so it didn't matter.

 

i have the EVOMs CAI. trailboss, are you running an elim kit? i didnt think the EVOMs CAI would fit with it.
