well.. it should be that cheap.. and i wouldnt pay anymore than that for it.. its salvaged bottom line.. you will have no resale, and might not be able to get insurance on it.. or possibly could get screwed if you got in an accident either by the integrity of the body and frame or the insurance company only giving you the value of an already totalled A4..
woa woa ur saying i cant get insurence on the car if its salvaged? like at all as in i cant drive it cause the car was slavaged or i just cant get ful coverage. that sounds kinda werid because all the cars in my driveway have salvaged titles and we havent had anyproblems like that with the insurnce company.
im just saying that some companies might not cover you.. if you have a company that will thats fine.. what will they pay you if you totalled one? They will tell you one thing.. but im pretty sure that you are going to get paid the value of a totalled A4 as opposed to getting paid the current value of a normal A4
not sure i follow that last part correctly..
Some Insurance companies have no problems insuring a salvaged car..
But some on the other hand, treat it as a normal car (ie the rates you pay) until you get into a wreck, then they back off and say some crap like "We never knew it was already wrecked".. and wont pay for it that way..
