On Feb 23, 2006 i ordered the quickflow intake from abd racing for my 1999 a4 1.8t gt2871 turbo kit setup, the next day i got a email saying it was on backorder for 2weeks and it would take a week to ship from cali to FL where i live, i said thats fine so i go to europe from march 18-27 and get back and still no intake, thats 5 weeks, i emailed them like april 1st or 2nd and asked if they have shipped it yet, on April 5th they email me saying it will be shipped out monday, so i said i will just get a refund and lose the 7% restocking fee (when they didnt even have it so there is nothing to restock lol), they said the refund would take 2 weeks to process. Well it was The end of april and still i have not got my refund so i email then AGAIN to see whats up, may 1st they respond saying it will be credited back to me within 7 days, so i wait ALLLLLL of may and still nothing, well today is May 30th and still i have not got my refund and i have sent 4 emails to them in the last 6 days and they have not responded yet, i will get my money back dont worry guys n' gals but has anyone else been through what i have?

 

i assume you got your intake? how much is the rebate?

 

i had ordered a quick flow intake for my a4 in december i did it over the phone and i didn't see the intake till the end of feburary i called a couple of time to see what the deal was and the told me when i first ordered it that it would be out later that day the after 2 weeks i called again and they told me that they where waiting for them to come back from the place that makes them then 2 more weeks pass and i called again and they told me that they where having issues with the manufactor of the intake tubes. so then another 2 weeks pass again i call and am told that my intake was being sent out today and he gave me a tracking # i checked it the follwing day and finaly it was on it's way. when i was on the phone with the guy after he told me that it was on it's way i let him know how crappy this was and how i would never order anything from them again and then he said he was soory to hear that and offered me a fmic for 100.00 off the price and i told him hell no that it might be this time next year that i acutly get it then i ended the conversion with that

 

no i have not got the intake, i waited for 5-6weeks and then i said i just want a refund , its been 30 days and i still have not gotten my refund, im going to call them later today and get it dealt with, i know they make good products but after this i dont know if i will order from them again espically if they say its on back order, so does the intake work pretty good...?

 

If you order from here do you think they still go direct to ABD or do you think they stock them?
