Well you quite obviously have an oil leak, so stop driving your car immediately. How much oil was on the ground? Check your level and fill accordingly. The needle is on 150*F meaning that your oil temp is way too low (it is below 150). Depending on how much oil you leaked out, it may not even be able to get a temp reading. Whatever you do, don't drive your car.

How much oil are we talkin about here, is there any oil on the dip stick? - get unter there and see where its coming from. Have you had your oil changed lately? did they put a new crush washer on <I had an oil leak from the drain plug, and that was the problem. other posible area's are valve gasket, oil pan - most likely front cam seals if its up front or rear seal if its in the back. Take the car back to whoever you purchased it from and see if they will fix it.

How long ago did you purchase this car? seriously try to take it back and get it fixed - if its the front cam and crank seals they cost $10 for the two and $800 to install( you have to remove the whole front end).

I put 5w-30 synthetic in mine. Of course only do synthetic, and I run that weight cuz IIRC, thats what Audi recommends in the manual.
