man, i'm really sorry to hear about this loss. I'd be so pissed, if i had this happen to me. You should have looked for an independent mechanic in your area instead of the dealer.

Yea i know i got raped, but the dealership would of done worse, and i have/had no time to wrench on the car, espcially one i know nothing about (i have been a jeep owner for the last 3 years). this work needed to be done.
