On a more serious note............Are you(tread starter) that low on money/tree hugger/have too much time on their hands.... to really want to convert your car to consume propane?

An Audi is a luxury car, it's not what you buy to convert to propane. get a Prius A$$HOLE.
Leave propane to forklifts.
O.T. -We sometimes play this joke at work where we shut the propane tank valve closed on the forklift while its running and the driver isn't looking. Then the guy driving the forklift gets like a couple hundred yards down the hallway from the fabrication lab, past the cafe and the thing stalls out, its great. Another time i sawa forklift fall off the side of a flatbed leaving the plant. someone didn't secure it too well. I gotta post a pic of that, it's priceless.

ugh, I worked at a large warehouse when I was 18-20, and it sucked ***. We had electric and propane fork lifts. The propane fork lifts smelled like s hit! Not to mention how loud they were. Worst job I ever had.

I had a blast on our old forklift, it had a manual (non syncro) tranny and if you flooded the muffler with propane, you could get a backfire that was louder than my shotgun. Thinking back to some of the things we used to do with that thing, OSHA would have had us all executed!

Geez, so much hate! Yeah, beat on the noob that has one original thought. Who cares if an Audi is a luxury car as far as this is concerned. It's just another vehicle. The guy wants to run on propane, so what. I think it's kinda cool actually. It's all about being different. Some people do not post about all of their projects on their car either. Heck there could be somebody else that did an LPG conversion on their Audi that usually doesn't surf forums. One day they do a search and pull this thread up, join and post their experience.

Is that all you got? When I joined I never saw chaos, why would I wanna be like him or anybody else? I thought Stewie would be a cool avatar and that's it. I don't frequent any audi forum much anyways. I just figured out why [sm=smiley21.gif]
