Default Proud of my baby

I had to make a trip up to Oregon this weekend and I made it all the way to my desination on 1 tank of gas. 415 miles and the fuel light didn't even come on. That was cruising between 70 and 80 the whole way, some pretty steep hills too. On the way home I was behind a BMW andI stayed behind him for about 20 miles, we were moving at 70 and when I finally passed him, he stayed behind me doing about 75-80, passing the same cars and getting right back behind me. We did that for about 220 miles and when I got off the freeway in Reno he waved and gave a thumbs up. He was probably in his 50's. Anyway, it made the trip a little more bareable. Just thought I would share.

I can't really brag about my fuel economy...it hasn't been amazing so far, but I've got the same, "I love my car," bug. I think it started when I got the car up over 100 and I noticed that it worked as hard to go 100 mph as my Subaru Baja worked to go 65 mph. And then, today, I got it scanned and it's completely code free. I love it. It's a good feeling to have ZERO buyer's remorse.

not bad for a 2.8. When i had my 1.8T, i would barely get that for all highway driving.
