imho it is you who is not listening paintball . . . how many times do you want someone to tell you its a dumb idea? why do it half - @ss? if all the power goes to the front you will have a false high reading. if the point of the dyno pull is to show the chip power gains in a quattro, then disabling a driveshaft isnt really showing what the chip does for a quattro, does it?

love it or leave it, quattro robs power. I think any chip mfgr who would advertise power gains for a quattro that was not run on an awd dyno is lame.

 

I would just drive the 5 hours, its better then dropping the shaft and having them mess something up.

 

This sounds like a bad idea...

 

Ok, I am starting to think that I might just do the drive or something. Or actually wait a while. Don't know yet.

If you can get GIAC or APR, you know you'll be happy 99.9%.

On the other hand, you might get local chip and have all kind of problems & cels.
Because you'll be the test car. You will never know what kind of respond you'll get from your car everytime you start.
