Default Quattro Questions

I live in washington and I ski often will larger wheels affect my quattro system. When I say larger I mean 17 to 19.

And if your tall, your head will hit the roof everytime you hit a pothole. :-) As an opinion I think 19's may be a little too big. Just my opinion though!!!!

Not a good idea to ride big rims in the snow. I would have an extra set since you may scratch the **** out of your nice big rims. Its not worth risking...

I have a pair of snow tires with 15's... they suit me fine.

Quattro system won't be affected. Most people just keep their stock wheels and put winter tires on them for a winter set-up, and then rock bigger wheels with low-profile performance tires in the summer.

panda why did u say no staggered on quattro? When i get my new wheels i was gonna get that? (sry didnt mean to steal the thread)

I think u will be fine if not in teh snow. The snow will just mess up ur new wheels and it might be hard to find winter tires that are low-profile for 192 taht will fit. I think u will like it when not winter liek said above. Keep teh stockies for the winters.
