Question About 96 A4 B5 Rims
For da 2.8 I'd say focus on handling before you even think about wasting a dime on performance (the cost of intake/exhaust is rediculous in comparisson to the 5-8hp increase (that you will barely feel (if you feel any difference)))....
18x8" or 18x8.5" would be your best bet....the offset on the wheels you buy can be between 32 and 38mm and the lug pattenr is 5x112
as far as tire size goes I went for the 235/40/18 (which gives you the perfect ammount of sidewall (for me at least on my 18x8.5"))
the next couple things on your list should be a set of sway bars (Hotchkins (spell?)) h-sport are the best...and also start looking for a set of shocks and springs(h&r/bilstein) is very common around here, or a set of coilovers....
good luck...post some pics when you get the car!
