I want to remove my Bose Synphony for access. Book says gotta have the four keys. Dealer says they won't sell Audi tools to the public (we're not worthy). Any suggestions? Will some kind of feeler guage work?

no, feeler gauges will not work. buy a set of keys off ebay for 5 bucks.

Or can you stop by a dealer and just have them pop the stereo loose?

Yep, crutchfield does it as well... and You can get away with only 2 of them, just do one side at a time.

Yeah I bought some on ebay a long time ago.
Then I also made my own from a couple pieces of aluminum.

Bent, no offence intended, sometimes a pointed question gets quick results. I have noticed that you and a couple of others provide quality advice and we are all in your dept.
