can the 2002 audi a4 play mp3 cds?? i have one cdr and wanna burn mp3s but i dont know if my car will play them..... please reply quickly if you know

Since no one seems to know, answer is probably no.
just burn an audio cd instead.

Mine does not, but mines a 97. It might help if you include which stereo you have in your car. I have not heard anyone mention the stock audi decks playing mp3s. It seems most folks ask about hooking up i-pod to the deck, so my guess is no. It should say something in your radio manual if it does.
Jeez, do I have to really suggest that people look in the manual and read something to find an answer? That should be step 1??????

And oh yeah, cd's are like 5cents apiece nowadays, buy more than 1 next time.

 

ace, do you have the factory 6-disc changer in your car? if so, does yours play CD-R discs?
