Quick motor question

does the 2000 a4 1.8t come with the aeb? if not what year did that motor stop.

no. 1999.5 is the last year of AEB engines. 2000 has the ATW, and 2001+ have the AWM.

I beg to differ...I have an awm and I think its the best!!!!its all on who you talk to. they are all great engines

In reality the 1.8T in the TT is the best because it doesn't have any sludge problems.. I don't remember what engine code that was though AMB i think.
