just changed mine from valvoline 5w30 syn to amsoil 5w30 (7500 ). use to change my oil at 4-5k (also added 1q around 3k from leakage). amsoil says its 7500 mies between changes but prob still change as usual.

Hands down royal purple is the best. Research has proven it outperforms even mobil one, just not as well known because its only been on the market for regular drivers like us for a couple years, expensive though.

I was wondering if someone would mention Purple. I have to order it from Michigan. Haven't found anyyone down here that sells it. Most of the IRL garages have it but they don't have retail outlets.
