I picked up some from the stealership before. They are about $2 a peice. Such a ripoff.

 

Also I suggest take the top of a coffe can lid (plastic ones) or similar and cutting round circles out of it. Once you have that a slit to poke the plastic bolt through. Put the washer you made out of the coffee can lid and place it on the oposite side of the skid plate. If they come loose again (and the will) the will not fall off becuase of the makeshift washer holding them on.

Worked for me and so far so good.

 

But you jest! AMC Gremlin owners used to steal eachothers gas caps all the time! But I would too- look at them!!
