he had me off the line but as soon as I pulled into second and got my 18 psi boost I caught him. He ended up beating me by about one length in about a quarter mile run.

prolly your 18's that lost you the race....or the fact that the 05's are ill...

octane has nothing to do w/ the fact that he lost a race.... its weight to power....

 

yea but with that lil extra he might be able to pull more out of the motor at higher octane

 

is this A6 2.7T engine as same as S4 engine ?

 

same motor I think its De-tuned a little

 

If your car is stick you should have had him off the line to begin with.
