Default Racing Hart rims on A4

Hey, I have these rims below, but I dont know why they dont fit my 06 A4. Its says my car can fit the following: Bolt pattern: 5x112. Offset: 32 to 45 mm. Tires up to 662x235mm. Rims up to 20x8.5".

I have these rims:

18 " Racing Hart - CR multi-piece Gunmetal rims. The Rim size is 18X7.5 Gunmetal w/ mirror lip
225/40-18 tires

SPECS: 18X7.5 - 4 & 5 Lugs universal - Fits the following bolt patterns:

4x100, 4x114.3, 5x100, 5x112, 5x114.3, and 5x120

Low disk, Offset:44

When I tried to put them on, the brake calipers are in the way and also the my stock wheels sits on the circular ring which holds it in place....this is my first audi so im not familiar w/ these cars. Is there something im not doing rite or are these rims not a fit for this car, maybe they're too narrow.. Some feedback and advice would be much appreciated..
Also can someone tell me where I can get some locking lug nuts for this car and what is the name of these lugs, because I'm used to the lugs that go over the lug thread, not these.
