Don't be stupid, get a V1 and let it pay for itself the first ticket it saves you from. Between the insurance, fines, surcharges and lost time its no bargain getting a $50 detector. If that fails use a bike as a daily commutter and don't give a *** if theres a cop runnin radar or not.

How's the V1 working for you Bob? Seeing as you're up 6-0 on out running the cops.......did you have your V1 shut off those 6 times?

Don't use it on the bike as cop or no cop doesn't matter. My liscence is squeaky clean. Not only have i never had a moving violation on my record, i've been stopped once in my entire time of driving. Might have something to do with driving 2-4 thousand miles a year and riding 30,000+ a year. The V-1 works well and with supporting mods(scanner+CB) is nearly undefeatable.

Ohh when i got stopped i didn't have the V-1 and didn't even get a warning, just a WTF car is that. You don't see many 89 MR2 SC, especially with 200hp.

I have a passport escort 8500. The only problem, is the state troopers in northern florida prefer laser to radar. So I got a nice ticket last time I was on the highway [:@]
