Yeah so my radio is set on the ignition, to have it on I need to turn the key in the first contact, but this opens up the headlight, is there a way to turn them off without having to cut the ignition wire to the radio ?

Also I was wondering I have a neuspeed chip am I screwed ?

 

is the radio set to the first turn of the key (which it should be) thats called switched live??

so yes, I have the off position (can remove the key)

the the first position where I wait for the computer to do ll its check up before starting the car and where the key reside after starting the car. this is where I need to put the key to have the radio on but the stupid headlights turn on automatically at this position.

So lets say I want to go see a movie with the car I can or else my battery will die (even wash my car interior/exterior + wax)

 

I can turn on the radio without any key, I just push the center **** on the radio.

 

That is how my radio works. The radio will go off when you switch the car off, but turning the radio back on after the engine is off should work.

 

I guess I didnt install my clarion correctly...

I can't turn it on after the car as been shut down.

Something seem funny cuz my headlights don't come on till I turn them on but I have a 99.5 so maybe they are different?

 

I just realized :P in canada we have the daily lights on all the time ....
