Default Radio removal keys don't work. Now what?

I have an Audi Concert radio (Bose) and bought these keys at the Porche dealership.

I insert them correctly but they don't "click" and I can't pull the radio out. They don't seem to do anything to the springs that hold the radio in place.

So what do I do now? I already removed the panel that covers the radio and climate control but it doesn't look like there is access to the radio even after it is removed.

So what do I do now?

Top key in the picture goes in the right side, bottom key in the picture goes in the left. I have sometimes had to put my hand inside the cassette opening and pull the radio to one side or the other while trying to pull it out. Shifting it back and forth may help also.

I tried everything. It feels like the clamp inside the radio is broken.

i got the same keys to remove my radio and worked fine. make sure you dont push the key in all the way. maybe a little more than 3/4 or so. you should def here a slight click when it is in the right place. but your latches could have broken off and then in that case, you may need some force!!

OK. I got the friggin radio out. The design for the removal pins is a POS.

Anyway, where can I get the connectors diagram for the bose radio? (Audi concert). I'm having problems with the driver's side speakers and I'm trying to determin where the problem is.

I've determind that the Front Left output from the radio doesn't work. Is that common? Is it fixable? If not, What is a recommanded replacement for the headunit?
