Hey guys. I have a 96 12v, and during idle and especially during accelaration, I have this rattling noise from what I belive is the passenger side underneath the car. What could this be? The cats maybe? At first I thought it was the exhaust, but I think it is from the other side. I am going tomarrow to get a magnaflow muffler put on, so I will see if that helps any. Thanks for any help.

 

im pretty sure i know what u tslking bout had something like that to its like sumbullshit with the injecters just go tictictictic when u start up i used seafoam and doesnt do that no more

 

your injestors or an exhaust leak. run some seafoam through your gas and oil, if the tic is still there it is most likley an exhaust leak; in which case you need to replace a exhaust gasket somewhere

 

stupid question, but where should i get seafoam? I have never noticed it at autozone(but I wasn't looking for it either). Thanks.

 

yea they got it autozone its like $6.00 hella cheap that **** works itgot hella uses 2 for ur car in gas tank cleans fuel lines and can put it in ur crank case look it up in the forum bro just write seafoam in the search
