Default REAL QUICK Are Vogtland springs ok?

Looking at buying some used ones from a dude on AZ. Used with with roughly 10k on them. What do you think, not quite sure how much they lower but this is a pic with them on his car with 17s:

I have 18's, what do you think? Will it lower enough or too much on my car? They will be paired with my S4 Bilstein shocks. Thanks!

You must not have seen the other posts I had made like last week. I the springs and struts are from an S4 adn everyone is telling me that if I put these S4 springs on that they are going to be too stiff and won't lower my car at all. So I am just going to keep the S4 Bilsteins and use them with some 1.8T springs. That should work nicely I hope!

Yeah so it will either be these or some nuespeeds off ebay. The nuesppeds lower aorund 1.25 front and back. Looks like these Vogtlands lower more than that. Which do you think will work better? I won't have to roll my fenders since I have 18s will I? I don't even really know what that means but I have heard people say they had to do it when they lower.

haha rolling ur fenders is just what it sounds like.rolling em inside the wheel well a little to prevent rubbing.most likely with a wood baseball bat or something of that matter

or you could use this little tool i just found dinkin around....http://www.eastwoodco.com/shopping/p...;keyword=31158

Im running 18's with 40 series tires on H&R race springs and KYB struts, i wanna drop mine even further. I love the look of the rear tires inside the fender. H&R is good cause it still drives smooth and soft....The drop was 2.0r and 2.2f you have lots of room to work with because of the wide fenders although you prolly know this.

Yeah Vogland are probaly the same quality and ride as the Neuspeed springs so I would go with the used ones.I picked my Neuspeeds used for 110 shipped I installed them last week and I love them!I had race springs before and I felt every crack in the road.If I bought new I would have went H&R sports they sound like there the best out there.

Were your race springs H&R's???? Because i absolutely love my ride quality with my H&R race springs. And i live in washington state(seattle) and our roads are miserable.

Not H&R they where Eibach, they had no spring in them.I loved the ride for awhile but got sick of going around all the bumps in the road.I don't race with the car (well every so often)but I got sick of them for my everyday ride.
