i think, maibe if you change the rear brakes, your car will be out of balance in the brake pressure (abs) and you will be of control in a critial situation, i think that the brakes have to be balanced to your car weight...

Not true. You can run stock master brake cylinder with a simple brake upgrade on all four corners. There is higher fluid demand and an upgraded master cylinder would be advisable, but people have been ok without it for simple upgrades like the S4 upgrade (it all depends on the setup you move to though - some setups will require bigger cylinder). Use good fluid though.

Our cars also have an electronic proportioning valve, actively proportioning the system between front and rear to prevent brake dive.

on the abs thing already spliced into the positive wire in the computer harness so i could turn it on and off. i wuldnt recommend thins as sometimes the light comes off and on b/c of a bad connection.

i would def do a stronger master cylinder though. personaly the upgrade would be cosmetic i hate how small the rear brakes are.

Some of the guys in the GM world take brake parts from the performance cars IE vette and F body and put those on the grand prix's. Can you cross referense items from teh like of a 6 or 8 series or the RS line of cars and use those? Not sure but its something worth researching.

yeah Porsche brakes in general are ridiculous. That is one thing that i absolutely LOVE on the Boxster. Very sensitive and powerful but obviously in a good way. The overall feel is amazing.

I can't even imagine what an A4 with Cayenne brakes would be like...
