I don't but you can take yours out and get the number. Might be easier and faster.

no one knows the bulb size number??
On my 2002 A4 1.8T the numbers are

1156 for the all of the big ONE FILAMENT BULBS and 1157 fo the one TWO FILAMENT BULB

The smaller one has the follwing info on the side:

17171NARVARS(or could very well be a 5, hard to tell)W12V5WEI(boxed in) B4

to fit the same size bulb in the right side, you will need to dremel the hole out a little larger

I've got a DIY writeup on how to drill a hole and have two rear fog lights. Let me know and I'll email it to anyone interested. It's simple, all you need is a drill and a wide drillbit. I've got pics and all!

If you want to change out the bulb in your single rear fog light, just remove the cover from the inside of the trunk and unclip it from it's housing...that simple. Remove the old bulb, bring it in to Napa or Autozone etc. and it'll all be taken care of for a couple bucks.

ps. it's a european deal with only having one fog light. american cars don't even have a single rear fog light. in europe they use it as a distance indicator, and not for looks (like me)...haha
