Default Rear lights not working?

I have just picked up an A4 1.8T Sport (B5) and the rear lights aren't working.

The Brake lights work but not the side lights.

When I've taken the dual filament bulbs out, there is only one contact in the bulb holdery on one side but no contact for the side light to contact with?

Are they special bulbs for the Audi?

Cheers for any help

Everything on an Audi is special as I am currently finding out. Take the lights out, go to a Auto store & ask if they have a replacement bulb for it. If that fails get it from Audi. I have the same problem but my bulbs just keep falling out. Anyone else get that?

Sorted!

The Double Filament bulbs don't powwer the rear lights, theres a small torpedo bulb in a seperate holder for each rear side light and these had both blown.
