I have some cash and it is enough for one or the other. Which one do u think i should go with? why? If u have either i would like to here how u like or dislike

go with the sway bar for sure, unless you're really big on racing. sounds like you aren't ready to race yet though from the other threads you've been posting, you still have all your modding to do, so i'd go with the sway bar. you'll like it.
