2008 A4 2.0T manual sedan

Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the driver-side door control-panel and move the controls elsewhere ?

This would be to get more sideways knee/leg room.

So, I guess this would have to be a professional modification that would include relocating the window controls and other controls ...

Does this sound crazy or feasible ? Anyone know of any shops that do this type of thing ?

 

ur talking bout moving the window switch and that stuff? y would u need to remove that to get more leg room? are u the size of Shaq or something lol j/k the answer is u can. the real question is where will u put the moved controls? but a suggestion, i wouldn't rly do that because u have a 2008. this would be a custom fab job. very costly. and if an A4 is too small for u, i think u should get an A6 or something lol

 

I hear you on the A6 but I don't want a car that long and heavy.

I'm not Shaq but my knees could use another few inches of play on the sides. Right-side, I think that's impossible. But left-side, seems like it would be possible.

Do you have any idea who could do this and how much they would charge ?

 

no idea where u live but there's got to be someone in ur area who do custom work on cars. u kno like in the magazines with rly cool looking cars and stuff? well as for the price it'll cost an arm and a leg lol
