Default Removing stock Airbox in 1.8T

Hey,
I can't figure out how to get the stock airbox out of my car. (I know I am an idiot and it's probubly something simple.) I searched around and couldn't find anything that helped me. I can't the top of the airbox off. Actually I can't figure out how to get the MAF out. Any help or pics or tutorials will be great!! THANKS!!!

Josh

there are 4 clips holding the top of the box on. to get the maf out you have to remove the top piece, filp it over and disconect the maf from the inside. it's kinda a pain in the butt, but its not to hard. the bottom piece has one bolt on the side and then it just pulls out

there are clips all over the place and wire connecting to teh box, So, make sure everything is uncliped and all the wires are not still connected.

i dont remember that well, but one of the clips could be hiding somewhere.

If you have tried everything and just cant do it. go to evoms and look up their CAI install for b5 A4 and the first step are removing the Air Box

the stock box has one clip on every corner. sometimes it does help to disconect some of the wires on top of the box. once you unclip the top. wiggle it out flip it over and remove the maf. i'ts held in by 2 screws on the little before piece and then unclip the wires from it and out it will come
