Default replacing vacum hoses

I did a search and found a bunch of info on this subject, but couldn't find anything that told me length. How many feet vacum hose would I need to replace all the vacum hose on a 98 1.8tq, engine code AEB. Do I just need one gauge, or different gauges?

Just buy about 10ft of bulk line. I dont know how much total, just replace any that look worn.
That should be close.

Just look for all the thin braided vac lines throughout the engine. If you search on "vacuum diagram" you should be able to find a diagram that shows where they run exactly. They arent hard to find though.. Some are a pita to do, just takes some time to see where some start and where they end. 10 ft should be good to do them all.
