Retrofit with AMI/Bluetooth

Retrofit with AMI/Bluetooth
I just purchased a 2009 A4, but unfortunately it doesn't have AMI/MMI (is there a difference?).
I'm wondering if it's possible to add the Multimedia Interface to an A4 that has just the concert radio, and/or if adding bluetooth is an option as well.
Thanks for any help.

I did this in my A6 2011 with what I initially was told was an MMI 2G (and quoted £800 to install).
Turns out it's a 3G WITH NO JOYSTICK but with a 6.5" screen. The only way I've found to tell for sure is to hold Return & Setup and you'll get an engineering screen which has some info on your current system.
You can check out my photos (I'm trying to link here but photobucket is crashing my browser so I'll link in a bit) and check the rear of your 'infotainment' units to see if it's compatible.
Long and short - I did it for £160 with a second-hand kufatech unit from ebay. It comes with a single use programming dongle but I have a friend with VAGCOM to enable the hidden menu to allow me to add the AMI functionality.
