trying to figure out which chip to use any ideas or input would help

Use the chip that the closest tuner installs.

In my case it was a toss-up between APR and GIAC. However AWE tuning (GIAC) couldn't see me for a month, whereas the APR tuner could get me in in 3 days.

If you have a b6, get revo, B5 go with gaic.

I have a b6 with revo and I like it.
But it is the only flash/chip I used in my audi
