1) Can anyone tell me which is a better chip for B6 1.8T Quattro 5spd, Revo or GIAC?
2) Also, I know that Revo is just a plug and play software upgrade with no hardware modification, is GIAC chip the same or does it require hardware installation (mod chip on ECU)?
3) I only have a Turbosmart 50/50 DV installed, how big of a difference of a feeling will the chip do?

Revo seems to be the better tuner for the B6's but you can do a serch on this as it has been posted multiple times

 

GIAC is also a reflash now also theres no hardware
flip a coin and see which chip you buy

 

i think revo still has that free demo chip that lets you try it for 5 hours
try that and see if you like it

Just keep in mind that the free 5 Hr run is only like being set on low boost 9 and if you get the flash and a sps3 you can go up to high boost 9 and play with timeing.
