RS4 fog light grills

Default RS4 fog light grills
Just wondering if anyone has installed these on their B7 s line.

Audi B7 A4 Quattro 2.0T > Exterior > Body > ES#7739 RS4 Fog Lamp Air Grille Kit - 8E0898100

These grilles are not a direct bolt-on, and may require some modifications to fit properly.
Does anyone know what kind of modifications need to be done for it to fit?
