yeah they are RS4 replicas. I would keep them. A lot of people buy those for aftermarket because they look great but still look OEM.

You won't get too much for them if you sell them, they are not that expensive to buy in the first place for 17's, but there are usually a few people looking for them, so you won't have to sell them for nothing. IMO not worth selling them unless you already have other wheels.

I bought mine at Hartmann wheels.com

Achtuning.com sells the very same wheels, but they service sucks horribly. Hartmann was awesome, they even shipped out my wheels/tires the same day I bought them.

Awesome, thanks man. Im looking at a 2001 A4 2.8Q, and it has the 5 spoke alloys' which i dont like, so that will be the first thing to go...Now should i do the RS4's or the S4's...the S4's are soo sexy. Prolly not the S4's, seeing as how its not even close to being one

Nah skip the S4's unless you can get a good deal on them. I woulnt buy them new though. The rs4's are just so much nicer in my opinion. Yeah I don't really like the 5 spokers either, but I still use them as my winter wheels. It's almost that time again.

they arent really rs4 replicas, they are the same wheel just smaller its the "ultrasport wheel" i believe

just like the s4 has 17" avus's and the s8 has 18"

same wheel, available on a different model line in a different size.
