I would asume he would have to take him to small claims court.. if he has proof that he was scammed and other people have proof, he could get arrested

he has scammed other make/model car forums as well

this motha f'er needs to be stopped and put in jail!!

 

and he uses he real adress that is messed up, he is just asking for trouble. I wish there was a way you could get intouch with everyone and try and sue him as a whole entity instead of trying to go after him individually, but if a few guys really wanted to meet up, I do love road trips, and I do like seeing redemption
