seafoam virgin
okay... i have one can of seafoam in the gas tank now, im going ot put roughly1/2 can intthe crank case, and the rest through the vac lines of the intake, now when doing this, should i drive the car for about 50 miles right away (after i put it in the crankcase) and then put it through the vac lines or put it in the crank case , then through the vac lines and then drive it? does it really matter? thanks guys im lookin frward to your input!!

well the idea of driving after putting seafoam in the crankcase is so that the seafoam can work its magic. driving would get the oil, which now contains seafoam, moving all throughout the motor, breaking down oil sludge. so i think its best to drive with the seafoam.

There are pleanty of seafoam DIY's. WHen i seafoamed my B6 I put 1 can in a full gas tank, and 1/2 can in crankcase, and the other 1/2 invac line. Idrove off the whole tank of gas, then changed my oil. I would go a little longer than 50 miles. I did a little more than300(thats what the DIY i followed said to do) and my car is still running strong.
